Born and raised in Franklin, TN.
  Started playing guitar in the summer of 1979. 
  Darren was immediately influenced by British Invasion, blues and southern rock guitarists such as Duane Allman, George Harrison, Brian Jones, Keith Richards, Peter Green, B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Toy Caldwell, Tommy Crain,  Dickey Betts, Jimi Hendrix,
and Johnny Winter
.
Darren has just finished recording his debut release
"Darren Brothers Band"
Nine of the ten songs were written by Darren Brothers.
Covering every genre from southern rock to blues to jazz.
This CD includes one "Winters Brothers Band" song,
the 1977 hit "Smokey Mountain Log Cabin Jones"

Darren Brothers Biography
Attended Blair School Of Music at Vanderbilt University.

Toured and recorded with the band "Branded" from 1991 through 1997.

Recorded "Still Remains" with "Branded" in 1995

Played with "Kidd Kelley Band"  from 1997 through 2003

2004 joined "The Winters Brothers Band" 
Has toured with "The Winters Brothers Band" and solo, supporting such acts as:
